      We currently ship to the following locations:

  • Malaysia: All states, including Sabah and Sarawak.
  • Singapore: All regions.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Shipping Notification: After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  1. Delivery Timeframes
  • Within Malaysia: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.
  • To Singapore: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or customs clearance.

  1. Shipping Rates
  • Malaysia:
    • Free shipping for orders above RM90.
    • A flat rate of RM8 for orders below RM100.
  • Singapore:
    • Free shipping for orders above SGD50.
    • A flat rate of SGD8 for orders below SGD50.
  1. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status on the courier’s website.

  1. Delivery Attempts

Our courier will make up to two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

  1. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

  1. Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact our customer support team at [work@sincerelykelvin.com ] within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

  1. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide a photo of the item and the packaging for verification. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.

  1. Public Holidays and Peak Periods

Please expect longer delivery times during public holidays and peak shopping periods such as festive seasons and sales events.

11. Terms of Sale - Delay or Sold-Out Policy

At Lip & Co, we strive to deliver high-quality, freshly produced products to our customers. However, in the event that an item becomes a hot-selling product and goes out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours regarding the estimated restock date. This ensures we can produce your item fresh, maintaining the quality and care you expect.

Additionally, we will provide an updated shipping timeline once the restock date is confirmed. As a token of appreciation for your patience, each order impacted by this delay will receive a complimentary "Mini Me" product.

12. International Shipping
All international shipments are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective shipping carriers. The estimated delivery timeframe may vary depending on the destination country and any unforeseen customs delays.

13. Customs Duties and Taxes

All applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees paid at checkout.

Any additional charges must be settled with the relevant authorities before the shipment is released for final delivery.

14. Recipient’s Responsibility

The recipient is responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations and for covering any associated fees.

Failure to pay customs duties or taxes may result in the package being delayed, returned, or disposed of. In such cases, no refund or replacement will be provided.

15. Notification

If duties and taxes are applicable, the carrier or customs authorities may contact the recipient directly for payment prior to delivery.
