1. Purchase and Redemption

• Digital gift vouchers can be purchased exclusively on our  www.lipandcobeauty.com ecommerce website.
• Gift vouchers are issued in electronic format and will be delivered to the recipient via the email address provided during checkout.
• Gift vouchers can be redeemed only on www.lipandcobeauty.com for any products or services listed.

2. Validity

• Each digital gift voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
• The expiry date will be clearly stated on the voucher email. After the expiry date, the voucher will no longer be valid, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

3. Usage Terms

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Gift vouchers cannot be reloaded or resold.
• Multiple gift vouchers can be used for a single transaction, provided the total value covers the order amount.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the gift voucher’s value, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.
• If the purchase amount is less than the gift voucher’s value, the remaining balance will be retained for future use until the voucher’s expiry.

4. Restrictions

• Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
• Gift vouchers are not valid for shipping fees or taxes unless specified otherwise.
• Gift vouchers are valid for one-time use only and cannot be partially redeemed across multiple orders.

5. Lost or Misplaced Vouchers

• Please ensure that the recipient's email address is entered correctly during purchase. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced vouchers once issued.

6. Fraud and Abuse
